Established in 1996 by the Industrial Development Corporation of Zimbabwe (IDCZ), Sunway City (Pvt) Ltd is a state-owned enterprise under the Mutapa Investment Fund.
Infrastructure Development
We are the developers behind one of Zimbabwe’s most ambitious infrastructure projects—the 1,559-hectare Sunway City Integrated Park, of which 30% has already been developed and sold to private investors.
