Land has also been set aside for the development of flats and cluster houses to cater for the accommodation needs of employees and investors in the Park.

Servicing for the high and medium-density residential project is currently in progress. The development incorporates 254 medium-density stands and 600 high-density stands, with selling expected to commence in July/August 2026. Prices to be provided in due course.
