PROJECT OVERVIEW
Project is a modern industrial development located within Sunway City along the Harare–Mutare Corridor. The project is transforming incomplete industrial structures into a contemporary factory shell complex designed to support manufacturing, logistics, agro-processing, and industrial workshop operations.The development comprises approximately 10,000 m² of industrial space, featuring 18 modular factory units and two commercial blocks. Strategically positioned about 3 km from the Harare–Mutare Highway, the project offers flexible industrial units ranging from 450 m² to 462 m². This industrial cluster encourages supply chain collaboration, business-to-business engagement, and operational efficiency.
